Using Bulk Management in Your Workflow

Learn how to save time on manual operations and quickly and easily manage multiple objects in SplitMetrics Acquire.

By using bulk management on our platform, you can speed up and improve your daily workflow without wasting time on various manual operations.

πŸ”Ή Click the plus sign on any level to add multiple keywords or negatives to one or several selected ad groups at once or to all ad groups in the selected campaign.

πŸ”Ή To enable, pause, compare, and duplicate several items all at once, select them and click Actions.

Tip πŸ’‘To quickly find the keywords you need for bulk editing, you can search for multiple keywords simultaneously by separating them with commas in the main search field or by using the search filter.

Suppose, you need to analyze campaigns of the same type for different storefronts. Apply the filters, if you need any, select the checkboxes next to these campaigns, click Action > Compare selected campaigns.

πŸ”Ή Also, you can create rules for multiple campaigns, ad groups, keywords and search terms in bulk.

For example, select the necessary campaigns and click Rules > Campaigns. There is "6" in the brackets, meaning your new rule will be applied to the three selected campaigns. Then, set all the necessary conditions for your rule and save. πŸ”— Learn more

πŸ”Ή To quickly and easily find, filter, and analyze different objects, you can label them. For example, select several keywords and click Labels. Choose the existing label (a) or create a new one (b). You can use these labels later to filter items or even set up automation rules πŸ”— Learn more about labeling

πŸ”Ή You can also change settings of your ad groups in no time, such as bulk rename them, edit CPA Cap and Default Max Bid, adjust Device Type, change Customer type, Age Range and Gender in bulk.

πŸ”Ή If you go to the Keywords or Search Terms level, you’ll find some more actions. For example, you can:
