Set up your SplitMetrics Acquire account easily by following the steps.
Step 1
Connect your Apple Ads account (campaign groups) to SplitMetrics Acquire.
Note. Ensure that you linked Apple Ads campaign group to App Store Connect. If you don’t link to an App Store Connect account, you won’t be able to promote an app with Apple Ads.
Step 2
Go to Settings > Integrations and configure integration with your Mobile Measurement Partner. Follow the respective guides in our Help Center.
Step 3
(Optional) Create campaigns to start promoting your apps.
Step 4
Go to Settings > Custom Conversions and create custom conversions for the in-app events you want to track and optimize.
FAQs
When can I see data from my MMP on the SplitMetrics Acquire dashboard?
We receive your installs and in-app events in real-time, that is, as soon as they happen and hit our servers. Within an hour, the data on them will be displayed on the dashboards. If you don't see statistics, make sure:
▪ The integration setup is done in the right way.
▪ In-app events have been added to the custom conversions.
▪ The event names are spelled correctly, that is, identical to the names indicated in the tracker.
Can I see historical data from the MMP?
We can upload historical data to your account to see the in-app events for a longer period in the past (before the MMP integration had been set up).
