Should you see the Sync in progress status after you connect a new ad account to your SplitMetrics Acquire account - please rest assured, this is expected behavior, and once the initial sync is finished and the data is synchronized, your account will be fully functional.

The Sync in progress status is displayed during the initial synchronization between Apple Ads and SplitMetrics Acquire. This means that the account structure data from Apple Ads is being pulled, and this process can take some time to complete.
