An Offline status means our system hasn’t gotten any events from your Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) for the past 6 hours. To start receiving events:
✅ Confirm that your SplitMetrics Acquire integration is correctly configured by following the Partner integration guide.
✅ Ensure custom conversions for your in-app events are set up on our platform. Here’s our step-by-step guide.
✅ Verify that your Apple Ads integration is active in your MMP account and that events from this media source are visible on the MMP dashboards, as we work exclusively with Apple Ads.
Once everything is in place and new events begin flowing, your status will automatically update to Online.
