SplitMetrics Acquire receives real-time statistics from MMPs, which means that as soon as an event occurs, we receive it in our system without delay. However, it may take 1-2 hours for the data to be displayed on your dashboards, depending on the next scheduled synchronization between SplitMetrics Acquire and the MMP.
To determine the time of the most recent install or in-app event, simply go to Settings > Integrations and select the relevant partner.
If there has been an install or event within the past 6 hours, you will see the Online status displayed at the bottom of the MMP logo.
However, if there have been no installs or in-app events for the app in the last 6 hours, the status of your tracker will be changed to Offline.
The status will revert to Online as soon as a new event occurs.
