While creating a new account in Apple Ads, you should attentively set the time zone since you won't be able to change it later. When you connect Apple Ads campaign groups or the whole account to SplitMetrics Acquire, our system pulls their time zone and currency, which also cannot be changed.
You can set only a single time zone for all campaign groups in one account. To check the account's time zone, go to the lower-left bottom of the SplitMetrics Acquire dashboard π
In Apple Ads, you may see your account's time zone in the Account Settings > Overview tab π
However, you may have several Apple Ads accounts. If you want to connect a new campaign group from another Apple Ads account with different time zone or currency settings, creating a separate account (organization) on our platform is necessary. Otherwise, an alert message will pop up when trying to connect a campaign group with a different time zone or currency to your current account π
If you are on the Full Access plan and cannot link the campaign group due to timezone and currency difference - we can create a new account (workspace for you). Reach out to our team π¬ and provide the name of your new account, timezone and owner's details (first and last names, email address)
Once our Support Specialist creates a new account, you'll be able to invite team members to it. Here's how. Teammates that belong to several accounts simultaneously will be able to use the same login credentials for all the accounts and seamlessly switch between them by using the switcher in the top left corner.
If no Apple Ads account is connected yet, you can switch to an active workspace directly on the same page and return later whenever youβre ready to continue setup.
Simply click Switch to workspace and select the account youβd like to work with at the moment.
βNote. This feature is exclusively accessible to users subscribed to our Full Access plan, who need to manage campaign groups with different currencies or timezones.
If you are our Starter Plan user and you need to link an ad account with a different timezone, you can easily do so by creating another SplitMetrics Acquire account using π the sign up link. To create a second organization, sign up using a different email address or add an alias to your current email to indicate the timezone (e.g. [email protected]).
1. Go to the native Apple Ads account.
2. Click the name of the campaign group in the upper-left bottom.
3. Check if the campaign groups currently connected to SplitMetrics Acquire are also in this drop-down list.
If you don't see them in the list, the campaign group belongs to another Apple Ads account. Contact us and provide all the necessary information for your new SplitMetrics Acquire account.
