I Cannot Set up SplitMetrics Acquire Partner Integration in AppsFlyer

Learn what to do if the campaign group is used by another vendor.

When setting up the SplitMetrics Acquire integration in AppsFlyer, make sure your campaign group (-s) id is no more assigned to another Apple Ads marketing partner account for the app.

❗ To successfully turn on the SplitMetrics Acquire integration, you should meet both conditions:

1. Remove the campaign group id from the other vendor's partner integration settings:

  • Navigate to the previously connected partner integration in your AppsFlyer account: Configuration > Partner Marketplace > Edit.

  • Toggle Activate partner on.

  • Delete the ID from the Apple Ads Campaign Group ID field.

2. Disable the other partner integration: toggle Activate partner off.

Once done, go back to the SplitMetrics Acquire integration tab and complete all the settings.

❗ In case you need to have several activated vendors and thus cannot delete the campaign group id from the other vendor, contact our Support Team.
