Access to my Ad Accounts has been Revoked

SplitMetrics Acquire receives and displays data from Apple Ads as long as your Apple Ads campaign groups are connected and syncing with our platform.

The pink notification in the SplitMetrics Acquire dashboard header indicating that access to certain ad accounts has been revoked means that those ad accounts are no longer syncing with Apple Ads for some reason.

❗ Apple Ads campaign group = SplitMetrics Acquire ad account

If the notification has appeared after you tried to connect a new Apple Ads campaign group(-s) to SplitMetrics Acquire, you most likely didn't list all the campaign groups initially connected to our platform.

☝🏼 To reconnect all the necessary Apple Ads campaign groups, click Go to reconnect in the notification. A guide outlining further steps to connect your ad account(s) will be displayed. Please read it carefully and click Continue with Apple. Once you have logged in to your Apple Ads account, you can follow the steps from the guide in our Help Center.

❗ When listing campaign groups, don't forget to add all the previously connected campaign groups and then a new one(s).

If you don't need any of those revoked ad accounts, our Support Team can help you hide them at your request.
