Can I Add Another Team Member to the Account?

Access to your SplitMetrics Acquire account can be given to an unlimited number of users from your organization.

How to Add a New User

❗ Only users with Owner and Admin roles can manage other users and access the Team Management workspace.

  1. Navigate to Team Management

    • Log into your SplitMetrics Acquire account.

    • Click on Settings in the navigation menu.

    • Select Team Management from the menu.
      ​

  2. Invite a New User

    • Click the Invite User button.

    • Enter the email address of the new user and press Enter.

    • Choose a role (Admin, Manager, or Reader).

    • Click Invite.
      ​

  3. User Invitation Process

    • The invited user will receive an email.

    • They must click Confirm my email and complete their registration by entering their name and creating a password.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can invite multiple users at once. Just make sure to press Enter after each email before clicking Invite.


User Roles

Each user role comes with different access levels:

  • Owner – Full access plus account ownership (only one per account). Changes require contacting SplitMetrics Acquire support.

  • Admin – Full access to all features, data, and team management.

  • Manager – Can create, edit, and manage campaigns but cannot access team management.

  • Reader – Read-only access to campaigns and settings; no team management access.

πŸ“Œ Important: Only one Owner exists per account. To change the Owner, contact the SplitMetrics Acquire support team.

User Statuses & What They Mean

When viewing your user list, you may see different statuses:

βœ” Active – The user has logged in and has full access.

πŸ•’ Pending – The invitation was sent, but the user hasn’t completed registration.

πŸ”“ Accepted – Registration completed, but the user has not logged in yet.

πŸ”΄ Expired – The invitation link expired before registration was completed.

πŸ” Resent – The invitation was resent, but the user hasn’t registered yet.


πŸ’‘ Tip: If a user is having trouble joining, check if their invitation has expired or if they are using the correct email.
