Adapty lets you track up to 16 various subscription events that will help you better understand your subscribers' behavior.
To configure Adapty integration, follow the steps below:
💡Note. Please ensure the Apple Ads integration is properly configured in Adapty before moving forward.

2. Click on the app you want to configure.
3. Go to Integrations > SplitMetrics Acquire.
4. Turn On sending subscription events to SplitMetrics Acquire.
5. Insert Client ID and App ID in the respective fields.
Here is how to find your Client ID.
To find your App ID, go to the SplitMetrics Acquire Apps level, select the necessary app, and click Info. Copy the App ID 👇
6. Add or remove the necessary events by turning On or Off the toggles next to them.
7. Click Save.
💡Note. You need to repeat these steps for every app connected to SplitMetrics Aquire.
❗ Important: Adapty only supports sending In-App events. Installs postback are not supported.
Additional Settings
Report proceeds. Sales will be reported as proceeds after App Store or Play Store commission.
Report user’s currency. Sales will be reported in the user’s currency, otherwise in USD.
Exclude historical events. Adapty won’t send events that occurred before the user installs the app with the Adapty SDK. Suppose the user activated a monthly subscription on January 10. Then he updated the app version to the one with the Adapty SDK on March 6. In that case, Adapty won’t send the Subscription Started event that occurred on January 10 and won’t send the Subscription Renewed that occurred on February 10. It will send the Subscription Renewed event on March 10.
Use this option if you were sending events to the analytics before installing Adapty SDK and don’t want to duplicate them.
❗ Note. Please turn on only the events you plan to track in SplitMetrics Acquire. Once the integration is set up in Adapty, return to SplitMetrics Acquire and create custom conversions for the selected events to enable tracking on the dashboards.
💡Tip: You can find in-app events without Custom Conversions by going to Settings > Integrations and checking the Integrations popup.
You’re all set! Once the integration is in place, you can start tracking events in SplitMetrics Acquire. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our Support team.
