Tips on MMP Integrations

SplitMetrics Acquire receives and displays your Apple Ads account data from impressions to downloads (Installs in Apple).

To monitor installs and post-install events on the SplitMetrics Acquire dashboard, you need to link your Mobile Attribution Partner (MMP) with your SplitMetrics Acquire account.

A few things to keep in mind:

  1. Check configuration. Make sure that you have already configured the integration of your app with MMP. Mind that integration should be enabled for every application.

  2. Set attribution window. Make sure that the attribution window in your MMP is set to 30 days.

  3. Follow the correct guide. We have integrations with Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Singular, Tenjin, Branch, Adapty, RevenueCat, Apphud, and Qonversion. If you use a different MMP, please contact us as we can integrate with others as well.

  4. If you have used any other partner like SplitMetrics Acquire before, please make sure you deactivate integration with them in your MMP. If you didn't do that, there might be some problems with the new integration. Read more here.

  5. When configuring the integration, ensure you have selected the SplitMetrics Acquire integration (by SplitMetrics).

  6. There is a difference in the way we and your MMP present the data on the dashboards. When looking at the dashboard in your MMP for a certain period, you see statistics based on the time of the event.

    In SplitMetrics Acquire, you see statistics based on the install date. Thus, when looking at the same time frame in both systems, you can see a difference.

  7. We start receiving installs and events from the moment you have configured the integration, provided that configuration details are correct.
