Scheduled Reports: Automate Your Reporting with Ease

Scheduled Reports help you receive advertising performance data automatically, without having to export CSV files manually.

Instead of pulling the same reports every day, week, or month, you can schedule them once and have the data delivered to your email on a consistent schedule. This makes reporting more reliable and frees up time for analysis rather than data preparation.

Scheduled Reports are automated CSV reports generated from Ads Manager and delivered by email on a schedule you choose.

After a report is created, it runs in the background and continues delivering data until you pause or delete it. This removes the need to remember reporting deadlines or repeat the same export steps.

The data in each report always reflects what you see in Ads Manager at the moment the report is generated.

Scheduled Reports are based on your current Ads Manager view, so there’s no mismatch between the interface and the exported file.

Each report is generated using:

  • The reporting level you’re viewing (Campaigns, Ad Groups, or Keywords)

  • All applied filters

  • All selected metrics

You can also include bid, budget, CPA cap, and historical insights metrics.
If it’s visible in Ads Manager, it can be included in a Scheduled Report.

Scheduled Reports are available directly in Ads Manager at the following levels:

  • Campaigns

  • Ad Groups

  • Keywords

This feature is exclusively accessible to users subscribed to our Full Access plan.

Scheduled Reports are designed for teams that need consistent, repeatable reporting.

They’re commonly used to:

  • Share regular performance updates with stakeholders

  • Support client reporting for agencies

  • Reduce time spent on manual exports and checks

Once reports are set up, they continue running automatically, helping you maintain a steady reporting cadence without extra effort.

Creating a Scheduled Report is a short, guided flow inside Ads Manager. During setup, you define three things:

  • What data to include
The reporting level, date range, metrics, and filters — based on your current Ads Manager context.

  • When the report should run
You can choose daily, weekly, monthly, or aggregated reporting, set specific days, and define the exact delivery time. Optional start and end dates are also supported.

  • Where the report should be delivered
Reports are sent by email in CSV format, and you can add multiple recipients.

Once saved, the report starts running automatically based on the schedule you defined 👇

All Scheduled Reports are available in the Manage section.

Here you can see:

  • Report name

  • Frequency and destination

  • Current status

  • Creation date

  • Last delivery time

Reports are sorted by creation date by default, with the newest reports shown first.

You can edit, pause, resume, or delete reports at any time without recreating them.

Each Scheduled Report includes delivery logs so you can monitor whether reports are sent successfully.

The Logs view shows:

  • Report name

  • Delivery destination and recipients

  • Delivery timestamp

  • Status (Success or Failed)

  • Error message, if delivery failed

Logs are sorted by most recent activity and support pagination for easier navigation.

Scheduled Reports help reduce common reporting issues, such as:

  • Repetitive manual exports

  • Inconsistent reporting schedules

  • Human error during data extraction

  • Delayed updates for stakeholders

  • Extra time spent switching between tools

By automating delivery, reports arrive consistently and reliably, without ongoing manual work.

Once Scheduled Reports are set up, they quietly do their job — delivering accurate data to the right people at the right time.

You set the schedule once, and the reporting takes care of itself.
