Here, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Kochava integration settings and reasons for the discrepancy between Kochava and Apple Ads.
π To configure Kochava Partner integration, follow the guide.
β
Attribute ATT Opt-Out Users The "Attribute ATT opt-out users" checkbox must be enabled
This ensures that all events with ATT opt-out are attributed correctly. However, it is important to note that Kochava assigns a manufactured click timestamp to such events π
β
Manufactured Click Timestamp settings
This setting applies timestamps to all installs claimed via the "standard" payload, which does not include a click timestamp. For example, if the setting is configured for 29 days, Kochava will subtract 29 days from the install timestamp to determine and manufacture the click timestamp for standard payloads.
We recommend setting the smallest possible value (e.g., 1 day) to minimize data discrepancies.
β The lower the manufactured click timestamp, the smaller the potential discrepancy. We highly recommend setting this to 1 days for the most accurate attribution results.
