The Starter Plan comes with predefined caps on keyword volume, custom conversions per app and the number of active automation rules. You can review these limits anytime in the Settings > Plan Details page. Exceeding the keyword limit, if not addressed within 14 days, will restrict access to the account.
If you've hit the keyword limit, here’s what you can do:
1️⃣ Remove unnecessary keywords from campaigns or ad groups in your Apple Ads account. Select the campaigns or ad groups, then click Actions > Remove. Once these changes sync with our platform, your keyword usage will be recalculated.
2️⃣ If you’ve linked multiple campaign groups to your SplitMetrics Acquire account, Support Team can help you disconnect some of them. Just reach out to us via the chat in the bottom right corner 💬
