Why do I get an error while trying to connect a new ad account?

If you are trying to connect a new ad account and getting this message:

Then it looks like you were trying to connect the campaign group that has a different timezone and/or currency compared to the currently connected campaign group.

Why am I seeing this error?

This error occurs, because you can add multiple Apple Ads ad accounts (campaign groups) to a single SplitMetrics Acquire account only if they are in the same timezone and currency. You can check these settings in the account information section πŸ‘‡

How do I solve this error?

If you need to link an ad account with a different timezone, you can easily do so by creating another SplitMetrics Acquire account and linking your campaign group to it.

You can sign up using a different email or add an alias to your current email to indicate the timezone (e.g. [email protected]).
