Setting Up Card Payment for Your SplitMetrics Acquire Subscription

Learn how to securely add and manage your card payment method, ensuring uninterrupted access to SplitMetrics Acquire.

When it comes to paying for your SplitMetrics Acquire subscription, we offer two payment methods: invoice and card payment. If you prefer the simplicity of card payment, follow these straightforward steps to add your credit card details.

❗ Important:

  • Card payment method for SplitMetrics Acquire are arranged through the SplitMetrics Optimize platform.

  • If your organization uses Invoices as the payment method, this article does not apply to you. In this case, our billing team will share invoices with you on a monthly basis.

Step 1: Account creation and verification

  1. Begin by clicking on the registration link shared by your Manager.

  2. Fill in your Name, email address, password, and click the Create Account button.

  3. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email and click the activation button to verify your account.

Step 2: Adding a payment method

  1. Sign in to your newly created account on SplitMetrics Optimize.

  2. Navigate to account settings > Billing Info and click Add Payment Method.

  3. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter your card details, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.

  4. Click the Update Billing Info button to save your card.

Step 3: Making payment

  1. As soon as you set up your payment method, our billing team will send a purchase link for completing the payment to your email. Follow this link while remaining logged in to your SplitMetrics Optimize account.

  2. You will be directed to the invoice page. Click the Submit Payment button to complete your payment.

How do I update my billing details?

If you need to change your payment details, click the Change Payment Method button and update the details. To change the card number, expiration date and CVV, click Edit this card.

Where can I find my Invoices?

Invoices are available in the Payment History section under the Billing Info tab. From here you can check your previous card payments as well as click to view and download the invoice.

❗ Note: If you use Invoices as your preferred payment method, this information does not apply to you. Our billing team takes care of preparing and sending invoices to the specified email addresses on a monthly basis.

I am seeing a 404 Not Found error message when following the purchase link.

Please make sure to log into your SplitMetrics Optimize account and try clicking on the link again. Additionally, please ensure that you are accessing the same account where you added a payment method previously.


I am receiving an error after clicking the Submit Payment button.

The error messages that you're seeing are coming from the payment processor and will provide some details on why the payment didn't go through ("Insufficient funds", "The credit card has expired"). To address the reason for the unsuccessful payment, please take a look at the description that is presented or reach out to your Manager.
