To stop sending installs and events from AppsFlyer to SplitMetrics Acquire, the corresponding partner integration should be removed. This guide contains steps on deactivating AppsFlyer integration from the SplitMetrics Acquire platform.
Note: these steps should be completed for every app configured with this integration.
To disable AppsFlyer integration, do the following:
Step 1. Log in to your AppsFlyer account.
Step 2. Navigate to Collaborate > Partner Integrations, then select the app you want to disable the integration for.
Step 3. Locate SplitMetrics Acquire | Formerly SearchAdsHQ in the list of active integrations and click Manage integration.
Step 4. Remove the ID from the Apple Ads Campaign Group ID field.
Step 5. Toggle Activate partner off. It should become gray instead of blue.
Step 6. Save changes.
Once the steps listed above are completed, integration deactivation will be finished, and SplitMetrics Acquire will stop receiving installs and events from AppsFlyer.
