You might need Raw data if you:
▪️ Want to upload historical data to your SplitMetrics Acquire account after enabling the Adjust integration to monitor installs and post-install events for the earlier period.
▪️ Lost your data for some technical reasons and want to restore it.
▪️ Need to investigate the causes of the discrepancy between Adjust and SplitMetrics Acquire.
❗Only aggregated user data is available through Adjust's data export for privacy reasons.
Storing and exporting raw data
Adjust makes it easy to send raw user-level data to your servers or cloud storage provider. This allows you to build your own database and recall data without ever having to request logs.
This means that you have to configure your storage to download the Adjust raw data. Contact Adjust support [email protected] or ask your own Adjust manager for more information on how to do that.
There are several ways to receive raw data from Adjust:
Real-time callbacks: send data to your servers/business intelligence system.
CSV uploads: send data to your cloud storage (e.g., Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage).

Conditions for data upload
1. Filter by {network_name} = Apple Ads. SplitMetrics Acquire only works with Apple Ads, so data from other ad networks isn't necessary.
2. Specify the time zone of the downloaded data, selected date range, and App ID in the file's name. Since all events will be converted to ORTZ (organization timezone inherited from Apple Ads), it's necessary to know in which timezone raw data was stored and downloaded.
For example, ID_12345678_01.02.2022-11.12.2022_UTC.
3. Data should be presented in CSV file format only.
4. The CSV file should consist of certain columns according to the template.
Note ❗ Please be informed that when you are choosing an event date format, you need to select a macro that is responsible for a specific time stamp. All dates of your events must be transmitted in the format of 2017-05-14T17:16:01Z or 1418169600.
Comparing data from SplitMetrics Acquire and Adjust
To analyze the differences between the two systems, you can provide for the initial analysis:
1. Dashboard screenshots from Adjust and SplitMetrics Acquire with visible Date range and specific campaigns on which discrepancy is observed.
2. Or aggregated reports downloaded from the Adjust dashboard.
