How to unlock access to our help resources

To get access to all articles in our Help Center, log in to one of the SplitMetrics products by clicking the links below:

Once logged in, simply refresh the Help Center page. All articles and collections, related to the product you've logged into will become available πŸ‘‡

If you're new to SplitMetrics Acquire, start with our Getting Started section, and if you're keen to master ad campaigns - check the Managing Your Campaigns section.
For SplitMetrics Optimize, begin with our Onboarding Guide to make the most of your A/B testing journey.​

❗ If you don't see Help Center articles after logging in:

Step 1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then log back in and refresh the Help Center page.

Step 2. If it doesn't help, make sure third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings and try once again.

To enable third-party cookies in Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Third-Party Cookies and ensure that Allow third-party cookies is selected and Block third-party cookies is disabled, as shown in the screenshot below.
