We are compliant with the high standards of SSL and HTTP headers. User authentication and login security are managed through Auth0, helping to ensure a secure and reliable sign-in experience.
If you were inactive for 12 hours on the platform, you will be automatically logged out.
If you enter the wrong password 10 times in a row when accessing the platform, your account will be locked and you will see a notification. You will also receive an email alerting you to suspicious activity on your account. To unlock your account, simply click the "Unblock" button in the email and you'll be able to access your account again.
If you forgot your password:
1. Click Forgot your password? Enter the email address you use to log in to the platform and click Continue.
2. Check your inbox. An email Reset your password with instructions has been sent to your email.
3. Open the email and click the reset link. You will be redirected to the login page, where you can create and save a new password. Make sure to follow the recommendations for creating a strong password 💪
❗Note: If you have already changed your password and would like to change it again, you will need to request a new password reset email. The previous reset link will no longer work because it has expired.
4. Click Set Password.
