This score gives you a snapshot of your automation coverage by analyzing the percentage of campaigns and keywords currently managed through automation. It helps you instantly assess how fully you're leveraging automation across your account 👇

The higher your score, the more you're streamlining your workflows — cutting down manual management, reducing the risk of oversight, and freeing your team to focus on strategic work instead of repetitive tasks.
💸 Automated spend
This section tracks how much of your account’s total spend has been managed by automation over the last 30 days. It includes:
Time Saved: Hours of manual effort eliminated.
Money Saved: Estimated financial savings from an automated campaign management, shown in your chosen currency.
Automated Changes: Total number of automated actions performed.
How it is useful for me:
Tracking time and cost savings shows exactly how automation reduces manual workload and cuts unnecessary spend. It highlights where automation is making an impact and justifies continued or expanded use based on real performance gains.
📈 Impact
Prove the business impact of automation. Instantly see how automated campaigns contribute to key results over the past 30 days:
Installs: Total installs driven by automation.
Conversions: Conversions attributed to automation.
Revenue: Revenue influenced by automation.

Bid Optimization Strategies
Scale performance with Bid optimization strategies. This section helps you track how your bidding process is automated by showing:

Automation Rules
See how rules are driving scale across your account. This section tracks automation coverage at every level:
General coverage (%): Share of campaigns with rule-based automation.
Campaigns, Keywords, Ad Groups: For each, see what's already automated vs. what could be automated.
From here, you can tap Create Rule to build a new one or Go to Rules to manage existing ones.
How it is useful for me:
Measure how actively rules are applied across campaigns, keywords, and ad groups—excluding rules that only send alerts or apply labels. Data reflects rule-based activity over the last 30 days.
📦 Templates for Automation Rules
Launch automation in seconds using ready-made templates. Choose from the following categories:
All – Full list of available automation rule templates.
Basic – Includes basic templates like impression boosters and budget exceed notifications.
Performance – Templates focused on keyword performance.
Discovery – Templates based on search term data.
Just select a template and hit Create rule — no configuration needed.
How it is useful for me:
Templates streamline your workflow and make it easy to apply automation that improves performance and supports scaling — no expert knowledge needed.
App Selection: Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to switch between apps. Apps are ranked by spend for easy prioritization.
Automation Rule Scope: Only rules that apply actual changes are counted — notification or labeling rules are excluded.
Time Frame: All data (spend, changes, impact) reflects the last 30 days only, not including today.
Rule Visibility: Paused automation rules older than 30 days won’t appear in the dashboards.
